My speeches focus on some of the primary challenges that leaders face. I have four primary talks
- Startup Leadership: How do Great Leaders Lead?
- Four Keys to Effective Debate, Influence & Problem-Solving
- Challenging Conversations
- Effective Meetings & Decision Making
- Delegation, Giving Negative Feedback & Managing People Out
- Building & Maintaining Startup Culture
As Einstein said, “We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”
Through my speeches, I help people see the patterns that block innovation and forward action and learn new leadership skills, models, and ways of being that open new possibilities–creating effective group conversations, innovative debates, inspired direct reports, etc. Simply understanding how these patterns operate helps people innovate more effectively individually and in groups.
The patterns we discuss occur across all cultures and geographies. I’ve personally spoken in over 60 cities in 8 countries, helping executives and managers learn what they can do to inspire and lead innovation in their organizations.
Participants will walk away with new communication and facilitation skills to lead innovation–even if they have no authority or are the most junior person in the room.
Just a brief introduction to this work can have a profound impact on individual and team innovation. And as a personal benefit, participants will also be able to more effectively manage conflict, solve problems, and innovate in their family and personal environments as well!
