As competitive landscapes change and businesses mature, some of the standards, practices, and processes that are embedded in your organization may no longer effectively support the business strategy. Sometimes this is because departments evolve independently resulting in inefficient cross-department processes. Other times, competition and shifting business strategies creates pressure to increase innovation, reduce the cost of operations, increase quality, etc. Regardless of the cause, companies in today’s market need to constantly change and adapt.
I work across all levels of organizations—from executive decision makers to individual performers—to design and implement organizational structures and business processes that garner stakeholder approval and effectively support the business strategy. Based on this foundation, I also develop and implement technological solutions that can dramatically increase the performance of the organization.
