The Six Secrets of Collaboration

In this 1-4 hour interactive training, participants will have an opportunity to explore and practice specific communication tools to more effectively work with their teammates and accomplish their goals. They will learn that in the long-term, they need to both create results and build relationships with their teammates. If they choose either results or relationship, what they are actually choosing is neither. This conversation focuses on how to communicate so that teammates can reliably produce the outcomes they want to achieve. The level of interactivity and the specific tools that will be learned will depend on the length of the speech and may include:

Forwarding the action through shared commitments

  • Making clear and direct requests
  • Responses to a request and Creating alignment
  • Helping you and your teammates achieve the results that matter
