Moving an organization through change is challenging and requires mobilization of teams at many different levels, as well as careful attention to their momentum. To be successful, change initiatives must be designed at the system level, well-led at the executive level, fully-supported at the team level, and implemented at the individual level. It is imperative to create a change management plan that aligns the sponsors, stakeholders and teams and garners the right support and momentum at the right time. My ability to drive consensus and generate support across the organization has led to successful change management initiatives at Ameritech, Verizon, CapitalOne, Kaiser, Ford, AT&T, BellSouth, and for the U.S Military.
Previous IT Change management projects (most with BPR components) include:

- Established AT&T’s first risk management group. Facilitated the sales, marketing, and billing groups to design the risk management system to be used. .
- Facilitated a cross-functional team at QuantumShift including the sales, marketing, customer service, billing, and IT departments to redesign their ordering and billing system, and launch four new products.
- Facilitated a cross-functional team that improved the diagnosis system used by U.S. Military Hospitals.
- Led a 15-member Verizon project management team that designed and implemented a new sales system across the U.S.
