By the end of this 1/2 to full day interactive training, participants will:
- Understand what it means to have accountability as a cultural norm in your team or organization
- Be inspired by what is possible for their teams
- Explore and practice specific communication tools to more effectively work with their teammates and accomplish their goals.
Participants will learn and practice the following skillsets (depends on training duration):
- Creating a shared vision and the importance of clarifying the desired outcomes
- Making clear and direct requests
- Declining requests
- Responding to a request to forward the action
- Creating agreements and alignment
- Helping you and your teammates achieve the results that matter
- What to do when you are uncertain a commitment made to you will be fulfilled
- Revoking a commitment
- Completing a commitment
- Avoiding the common pitfalls of Accountability
The result of this workshop is increased productivity and teamwork. Managers and team members will significantly increase the likelihood that their requests will be fulfilled.
